Simply because there are properties available in a particular location, doesn't mean we'll bring them to your attention. Only once the location and properties have met our strict selection criteria will we offer them to you. We are currently able to assist with properties in Spain and Portugal and are actively researching suitable locations in Turkey, Cyprus and the USA. In Spain we currently favour areas like Costa de la Luz, in the south west corner bordering Portugal. It is unspoilt and development is being carefully controlled. Property prices are still rising and, in view of the relatively low number of properties and increasing demand, the holiday let market should be buoyant. The region is served by good transport links and cheap air fares to Faro, which means that the area can be reached in less than three hours from most major UK airports. The numerous golf courses are uncrowded and green fees are approximately 50% of those in the saturated areas, around Marbella for instance. There are more fantastic courses available a short drive across the bridge linking Spain to Portugal. For the non-golfers, there are miles of quiet sandy beaches, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, bird watching, mountain biking and many superb restaurants and tapas bars.
